I heard what I thought was a noise in the attic one day, which prompted to finally do what I should have done as soon as we moved into the house: seal every little space up that a rodent or bird could get into. These guys had a great quote. Two of them worked a long hard day in my attic and around the outside of the house and in the crawl space, finding everywhere something could get in. They put plastic sheeting over everything in our closet (where the attic access is) and there was no mess to clean up. Thanks to them, I don't worry too much about infestations. And the noise I heard -- probably nothing -- but I'm glad I heard it and took action.

We agreed and his crew came out to do the job, the team was very professional and built a great containment in my house so all the 20 something years of dust in there wouldn't get into our home so that was very nice. After my mom passed, I moved into the family home with idea of fixing it up and maybe selling. Due to an infestation of rats those ideas were put on hold. Jerry's team was superb. Quiet, respectful and protected our floors close to the crawl space. We could not be happier with their service! After several different crews coming in for the last 9 months, we knew Jerry's team was special. Even when a new crew member came in, they also were respectful and quite and focused and clean. They checked a week later, and then a month later and all the attic was clean. I loved Jerry's warranty and he himself was dependable and honored his word! So nice to find in the construction industry! Especially after we had had a horrible experience with a licensed renovator, who took advantage of our "newbie" status and played us like a fiddle, until we got informed. :) But Jerry was upright, virtuous, and reliable. Can not say anything but wonderful things about this company. If they did more things, I would hire them again. :)

Ecotattic was one of the most refreshing companies to work with! I called them because my Elecrtician told me I had a lot of rat poop in the attic. They were able to come the very next day clean the whole attic within a matter of hours and barely felt their presence while they were here.
